New Year's Eve

We celebrated New Year's Eve Pakistan-time...(8:00PM local time). In an effort to have a "party" Geoff created a drawing game where we had to color in balloons with our mouths and feet.

We made our own confetti with magazine pages. It was big enough that the girls gathered it up for several rounds of confetti throwing. What kid doesn't love to make a mess on purpose!

At the stroke of midnight (in Pakistan...) we went outside with our pots and pans to make as much noise as possible. For those of you who know Tennie well, she was in heaven! She really pounded with gusto. Afterward she said, "I really love to make noise."

Adele, with a New Year's sticker on her forehead, always loves a party.
It was a great end to 2008. Last New Year's Eve we certainly didn't expect to be in Southern France this year! It has been an interesting, challenging, amazing year.

You Davis girls sure know how to celebrate! For some reason, I kept imagine Geoff curled up in a little ball covering his ears while the pot banging took place ;) just kidding.

Happy New Year!
