Art Show and Great Neighbors

Adele took an art class this summer and the students of her art teacher are displaying their work at the Salt Lake Public Library during the next six weeks.  To kick off the display they had a Meet the Artists reception in the Library Art Gallery.  Our adorable neighbors, the Kings, came to see her art.

A word about the Kings.  They are the best neighbors we could ask for.  They ADORE our girls.  Mr. King comes over after each art class to see Adele's latest creation.  He hears them playing soccer, Frisbee, or other games in the hallway and comes out to watch, and sometimes join in.  He comes over to invite them down to the corner market for ice cream.  He looks for opportunities to be around their youthful energy.  Mrs. King isn't very mobile or I'm sure she would be out with them too.  The Kings delight in their laughter and activity and noise, and it is a good thing since we have a lot of all three!  We sure love them.
