Today we acted out the Triumphal Entry after discussing the symbolism of the palm, and why he rode into Jerusalem on a donkey. After raiding my mom's dishtowel drawer for costumes there was some fighting about who got to be Jesus, a short lecture on how we can "be Jesus" in the way we treat others, and then the pageantry went on!
