Ian and his family came to town last weekend and we filled our days to the brim with family time! We had a lot of down time at Em's home to catch up while the kids ran free.

Two days in a row we went to a city water park in Lindon because it was so fun and so easy. With the lazy river, slide, and kiddie pools with pouring buckets and waterfalls, there was something for all ages.

The dads gave a go at a water sport (not even sure what it was called) that looked like a mix of surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding. There were some guys doing it that made it look pretty easy. It wasn't so easy. Both Geoff and Ian, who are both very athletic, got whipped down a number of times. Eventually they almost got the hang of it...but not quite. Trent had the most success, but by the time he tried it my camera was put away.

Adele, Taeya, Ceci and Bailey gave it a go on body boards.
We went straight from the pool one evening to a track meet. The girls loved having a crowd to cheer them on.

Our last evening we met at a park for some soccer and playground fun. We had all of the Davis cousins together. But we missed Mesha and Keenan, Christian and Heather, Erica and Davey and their twins (due before the summer ends)!
