Chamonix

We met Emily and Bailey, and Ian, Liz and Jamison in Chamonix. Not knowing if we'll return this year we again took a lot of pictures in an attempt to capture the majesty of the place. We had incredible weather; warm enough to shed our jackets!

Tennie and Adele bought St. Bernard stuffed animals with their own money...they've wanted one every visit

None of us could get enough of little Jamison. What a treat to have a baby around!

We had fondue for dinner, a regional favorite. This big hunk of cheese slowly melted off both sides. Tennie was a little impatient and used the scraper.

Geoff, Tennie, Adele, Emily, Ian and Liz took the gondola up to the "Midi". They had amazing views and took in the silence and perspective unique to mountain tops. I stayed in the hotel room while Bailey and Ceci took a nap, and I got to hang out with a lively Jamison!
